† A retainer is very similar to a deposit. Retainer funds are kept in trust for clients in an account separate from DeutschJacobs regular business accounts. After a retainer is received, work begins on a client’s case. DeutschJacobs then bills the client for work preformed. All amounts billed are deducted from retainer funds. If any portion of retainer funds remain at the conclusion of the case, those funds are returned to the client. However, should costs exceed retainer funds, the client will begin to receive monthly invoices.
Payment MethodsCash, Check, Wire transfer, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, and now PayPal. Invoices and payments may be sent by email and paid through a secure website at no extra cost when the client so prefers. |
